One of our other health coaches just shared this great video trailer for a new movie entitled, “Food Matters”. I haven’t seen the film, but just the trailer does an amazing job of explaining what has gone so wrong with food in our culture, and what needs to be done to change it. If you haven’t seen the movie “Facing the Giants”, you’ve missed one of the greatest motivational moments I’ve ever seen in a movie. When you’re feeling like you’ve reached the end of your rope and are about to throw the towel in, try just watching this 6 minute clip from the movie. I know it fires me up and helps me remember that we are all capable of much more than we give ourselves credit for.
