I wanted to share this great article from MSN on the different weight loss programs out there, and the cost involved in each. If Take Shape for Life had been included in the article, it would have been BY FAR the least expensive (most of the prices they quote in the article don’t even include food!), not to mention the most effective in losing weight the quickest. All you are buying with Take Shape for Life is the food! All of your support – the part we do as health coaches – is completely free. There is simply just nothing else out there like it. Take Shape for Life is growing by leaps and bounds every month, even in this down-turned economy, as more and more people realize that it truly is the cure for obesity in America.

So, we’ve had a few people ask about the business aspect of Take Shape for Life. My wife and I have only been involved in that aspect of it for a few months, but I have to say it’s about as impressive as the weight loss aspect has been! (more…)
